We are aggressively expanding our Machine Learning team to push the boundaries of what is possible in work intelligence. We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer who can architect, build, and deploy production grade ML systems that help millions of people work smarter. You will work on cutting edge problems: predicting optimal focus windows, detecting burnout patterns before they manifest, building real time recommendation engines, and developing the next generation of smart scheduling AI. This is not incremental work. This is building the future.
What You'll Do
- →Design and implement production ML pipelines for focus prediction, burnout forecasting, and smart scheduling optimization
- →Build and deploy real-time inference systems for instant productivity insights and notifications
- →Develop time-series models for analyzing work patterns, energy curves, and team dynamics
- →Create recommendation engines that suggest optimal task scheduling and meeting times
- →Architect scalable ML infrastructure using Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native services
- →Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into production features
- →Mentor junior ML engineers and establish best practices for ML development
What We're Looking For
- ✓5+ years experience in ML/AI with focus on production systems
- ✓Expert Python skills with deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- ✓Strong experience with time-series analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection
- ✓Production experience with ML pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar)
- ✓Solid understanding of recommendation systems and personalization
- ✓Experience with real-time inference and model serving at scale
- ✓Background in behavioral analytics, productivity research, or related domains (preferred)
- ✓Published research or open-source contributions (preferred)

What You'll Do
